7 July 2019 - Diet Diary - Uneventful day. At 6:30 I couldn't even recall what I had done all day. Did dig some weeds and plant some buffalo grass plugs. Bottled some cream, directly from a dairy, where my friend's son works. Very nice stuff but high calorie. Might make a pot of Zuppa Toscana which calls for cream. I have always used half & half instead. I have nice Tuscan Kale right now.

Ate more today. Shortly I am going to go measure out the remaining frozen yogurt into "servings" as it is just too tempting when it is in the carton. It also lasts a lot longer as I seem to be satisfied with just a 1/2 cup serving when that is what is in the container in the freezer. Finished the day at 1412, above what I wanted.

Weight today was below goal so hope it still is tomorrow. If not, will get it back shortly. Seeing the scale at 139 this morning made me have a little fantasy about going for 135. Not sure if I will officially make that a goal but may make 135-140 my unofficial "range". Since weight fluctuates pretty much from day to day, having a range might be a good plan, rather than just a set number.

My exact weight goal....135. I finally made it to 145 two days in a row....One more day of no carbs, eating light at dinner....staying away from sweets...and I'll have it....(I hope).

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.
