7 August 2019 - Diet Diary - Well, the body is taunting me again. Despite last 2 days of good intake numbers, weight today was back up to 138.2. Changing behavior on drinking might have had an effect or just my body doing it's thing despite what I do. SO, being in a bit of a mood anyway, I declared a "cheat day".

Figured after breakfast & morning snack which included a piece of banana/peanut butter toast and some mango and cantaloupe which popped me over 500 calories, I decided I wasn't going to sweat it today. I know I topped 1300 but not sure how far over I went. Made 2 salads, one with tuna and peas and the other broccoli, cauliflower, kale and the biter, raisins and sunflower seeds. Had those for supper. Neither is an extremely low calorie salad but one I needed to make and use some broccoli, the other just sounded good.

Hope to hear tomorrow from the guy who is cutting my counter top for the bathroom. Would like to start on getting that installed and the new faucet in. Had to trim grass today so should have burned a few calories there.
