15 August 2019 - Diet DIary - Fairly productive day, fixed the toilet (replaced the flap) so it would stop leaking into the bowl, pulled up the rest of the finished blanket flowers, before ALL of their seeds were scattered into the yard. I leave a large patch of them growing in the middle of the yard but don't want it too much larger. Think I fixed the door into the back room so the cat cannot get in at night and take herself outside to roam around. She complained about it some, meowing at me in an annoyed tone.
Went to senior exercise today and took neighbor to the library after that then sorted her recycle and carried it over to my house so I can put it out with mine in the morning. Need to go over this weekend and dig the weeds out of her "flowerbed" on the south of her house, then water it well and trim some tree suckers that are spreading over her fence. Her neighbor cares nothing about the many trees popping up around his yard but it distresses her so trim them if they start hanging over her yard.
Ate within limits today, ended at 1168. Weight up 0.2 lb today but a little movement is never shocking, it is just the big jumps that annoy me. Picked up a DVD on the exchange table today, "buns of steel" type thing. Not really looking for steel buns but with weight lose, a fair bit of my butt disappeared and there was surprisingly little muscle under that fat. Thought maybe some specific exercises would tone and build a little of it. OK, possible TMI alert! Sometimes when I sit, there is like a wrinkle in my butt cheek(s) and it make sitting uncomfortable. Haven't watched it yet but will do so tomorrow and see if it is workable.
