Hi there. I did weight watchers with success in the past. I liked the structure. In the past few years they have gotten less structured and I didnt see the point of paying a monthly fee for that. I always did it on line. I did keto loosely for about 6 months then very strictly. I tracked everything and only ate about 10 grams of carbs a day.Overall I lost about 22 lbs then stalled like a rock for 6 months though following the program. I lost my motivation. I got used to that way of eating and now feel kind of confused.I am not counting anything but am generally not eating carbs and eating a more plant based diet.Guess I am here for support

Sure understand the "stalled" thing. Been there for about 4 months now. Has done well just tracking intake and loosely counting calories for 6 months. Had lost 35 lbs then Xmas hit, bad food choices come with the season. I did manage to "maintain for the most part, bouncing up and down within a 5 lb range every since but I have just not pulled it together to start losing again.
So far I'm not over-stressing about it but I do want to get back to it before long. I have considered the keto diet, I did Atkins years ago and got along pretty well on it. Maybe because I could have BACON! 😀
Anyway, stick around, folks here seem nice and definitely supportive.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
