23 August 2019 - Diet Diary - Tired tonight, trimmed side and back yard grass today then raked to get any remaining dog deposits up. Also put 6 trays of sliced Roma tomatoes in the dehydrator. They are getting dry but still have a couple hours to go I think. Put different seasoning on each tray, to see how they taste different ways. Don't think I will have enough to bother with canning this year plus still have jars from prior years so going with drying. Same for pears, even if I get a bunch. Dried pears are so excellent! Not exactly low calorie because it is WAY too easy to eat the equivalent of multiple pears in short order but they are so delicious. Like eating candy and I add nothing to them when drying. Store a LOT easier as well.

Intake got ahead of me just a bit today, ended at 1283, just 3 calories over my "allowance" so not horrible. My downfall was digging through the freezer, checking for whipped topping. Didn't have any but in the process, found some squares of bread pudding I had frozen. Ended up eating one. Trying to decide whether to run out to Colby tomorrow to visit during the Sunflower Festival. Have to sleep on it. 😉

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
