5 Sept. 2019 - Diet Diary - Good enough day, other than some stress when I spent a couple hours thinking I had lost my kitten. That story will appear in the pet photography group. He is found and alive, stress relieved. Went to exercise class, took neighbor shopping, hit the farmers market late in the day. "Last of the sweet corn" according to the seller so bought 3 more ears for me, 2 for the neighbor. That is about as far out as can go or the corn starts to age and loses flavor. Had one ear tonight and it was EXCELLENT!

Need to do some pear picking this weekend and put some in dehydrator. Hopefully, at the same time I can dry another rack of roma tomatoes. I sliced and dried a bunch of them a couple weeks ago and they turned out to be really great snacks. Added different seasoning to each rack and concluded the Mrs. Dash garlic herb and Kroger Zesty Blend (also no salt) made the best dried tomato treats. The pears get no add ons, just slice them thin and fill racks. They dry into an amazingly sweet treat although easy to overeat on them (calorie wise) as they are really not even a bite.

Intake today was under 1100, closer to 1000 unless I missed something but I don't think I did. Weight is up and down this week, down a pound for 2 days in a row then up 2 pounds today. I am under my 140 goal so not terribly concerned. Officially doing maintenance now and will stay in this mode unless something drastic happens that causes me to lose control and go over my goal weight.

Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
