3 Jan. 2020 - Diet Diary - It's on! Today brought a 2 pound drop in weight. That is not real unusual when cutting back, especially if I watch the salt intake a little bit. Will see how tomorrow looks. Intake today was around 1200, likely more salt than there should have been. Did stay pretty much inside the eating timelines, not perfect though, grabbed a few pumpkin seeds after hours.

Have a real "thing" lately about roasted pumpkin seeds, in the shell. Given that they don't have all that much flavor, I'm thinking it is the salt more than the seed. The last batch I bought was more heavily salted than my preferred brand so I won't get them again.

Need to try to keep busy, that goes a long way in preventing mindless eating. Started tearing up the bathroom this week, got part of the vanity removed and parts cut for the cabinet box I'm building. Tomorrow, I think I will move forward on removing the sink and all of the vanity. Have to move in the new vanity in order to cut the last pieces for the box. Maybe that will keep me busy enough to not think about food.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
