The weight loss helped much. Physical and occupational therapy would have been much worse, otherwise.
I had wondered where you got to. I thought maybe you were like me, just battling back after the holidays, so not posting much. I did have hopes that perhaps you were not around because you were busy getting the mower ready for spring. 
Glad to see you're back.

I'm about back to being able to walk as far as before my hospital stay, and in better shape in upper body. Yet, mowing the lawn seems a huge challenge.
Did OK on my first day 18/6 fast, and intend to push it to 20/4 tomorrow.
