I've discovered a senior citizens center here in San Antonio. There are several actually. The nearest to me has a pool and exercise programs. It's free and it's very near. They provide free transportation to and from my house. I think this exercise programming pool is the last straw that will break the back of my obesity.

When I am an idea weight, should I continue here as group leader?

Certainly, your experiences still qualify you to speak wisely on the subject of weight loss. Plus, even when you get to your ideal weight, it will continue to be a battle for the rest of your life. I know very well what happens as soon as a formerly obese person becomes complacent about their weight.

Inherited battling obesity. However I've never really considered losing the weight a battle just a challenge. And it's not been a potentially difficult challenge. I just make up my mind to do something and do it. Although am having a little bit of trouble fasting. That suppose fasting to get rid of the last 60 lbs will be my battle.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.
