20 Feb, 2020 - Diet Diary - Weight has been stable for the last 3 days. Would like to see some drop but stable is better than rising. Doing a fair job of controlling calories, salt is not going as well. Needed a low salt evening meal so used the remaining broccoli and cauliflower, chopped, then added raisins, unsalted sunflower kernels, 1 Tbsp of bacon bits and put an applesauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and bit of sweetener dressing on it. Not quite the same as when I use light mayo instead of applesauce in that dressing but skips a bunch of salt and it was still "passable good".

Better get to bed SOON, have pets to get to the vet by 8:30 in the morning. Dentist day for 2 pups. Not excited, my little one is getting older and it always makes me nervous when she is put under. Then when she wakes, she gets nervous and starts crying (LOUDLY) and will go on until I get her picked up, or she loses her voice (yes, that really happened)
On that negative note, I've been thinking about (craving) biscuits and gravy for several days. Fortunately, it's not bad enough yet to drive me to make gravy but the local restaurant which makes GREAT B&G is on the road to the vet. 😟

Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
