29 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Not dropping by much lately. This is a whole different deal, stress building on stress, not a good recipe for dieting or even for maintenance. Since I was already hovering 6-7 pounds above my goal, I don't count all of this as corona gain but I am now at 11 pounds over goal. Most days start out with good intentions and fairly good compliance but evenings tend to fall apart.
Days are helped by the warmer weather and a yard with plenty of work to be done. Dug a LOT of iris up over the last 4 days and also a lot of evil, creeping, TALL grass that had invaded my iris bed. The playing in the dirt thing felt pretty good, although like many things I engage in the last week -10 days, it gets a little overboard. The quarantine crazies seem to drive me to get a little carried away with almost anything. Tried doing some memes about this, sadly, people don't get the "tongue in cheek" tone I hoped to set with them.
Well, quiting for today anyway. More digging to do tomorrow, then perhaps will tackle the rest of that bathroom floor project. Current goal is to maintain below the "quarantine 15" mark.
I've been stuck at a level as well.
I'm in the mid 140's... shooting for the mid 130's ...
I still fit a lot of clothes tightly...and still feel a roll of flab; so I've decided to get tougher with myself.
No more posting my weight until I've started downward. Until recently I've been recording my weight up and down at the scale...
-that's done. I will only record it if I go down
No garden to work on like yours...and the swimming pool is closed...so I've been biking daily.
