I have been at a stunt and unable to lose anymore weight and stuck at 280lbs. I did make up my mind to get focused again. I decreased my calorie intake and currently weigh in at 277lbs. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum.

Brother, it is difficult and I know it. You have friends here who support you. Maybe it's possible to do a little extra walking., all the very best.

@twshield what do you mean stubborn? Do you eat much dairy? I know you are more along the keto WOE (havent read the entire thread)

@twshield may not be significant but I read on some keto boards that it was inflammatory to them and when they eliminated that they started losing again.I am back in the saddle but eating more greens and such. I had collards and mustard greens for the first time over the weekend

I've been on a plateau for a few days, eating too much to loose, but trying to avoid gaining again. Today feels like a good fasting day. It's noon and I'm not hungry.

Keep up the good work. Your body needs phytochemicals that come from various colors of food. Eat a rainbow, sensibly

Caloric intake is not as important as reducing sugars and carbs. Proteins, fats and vegetables should be your focus.

I was on a keto way of eating real serious for about 6 months , lost some then stalled for 6 months.Lost my momentum but today am back at it and eating a lot of low glycemic index veggies with a similar emphasis on proteins and fats. will see how it goes
