I train every day, but I modify my exercise daily. Some days, solely cardio, usually interval training/calisthenics. When I lift, I include body weight with free weights. This combination works well with a clean diet.

Be careful about training every day. Its good to take rest and recovery days where you move about but basically, relax.

I understand your suggestion. I used to work as a fitness trainer. I make sure to get plenty of sleep, eat well, hydrate well, stretch consistently, and my cardio days are absolutely no weights, just abdominals and cardio.

This changing routine works with a holistic approach of both intellectual inquiry and physically-taxing exercises. This approach is synergistic.
