I injured my right calf last night. Anyone know some cardio I can do without legs?

Try a UBE; it's a bicycle you pedal with your arms. There are other pieces of cardio equipment you can use with just your upper body. Do you have access to decently equipped gym?

No gym membership. I usually work out at home.

Fitness level declines too fast to wait too long.

@Frctnal this is not true at all. I do cardio 4 times a week. I bike. I've been doing for over two years now. I had abdominal surgery in Feb of this year. I could not do cardio. After 12 wks, my heart rate was still low, and I hopped on my bike and did several miles in half an hour. No problem. Heal first.

@LilAtheistLady I wish I was the same. I got the flu last December and was dragging for weeks after.v

I think the pike leg lift can get your heart rate going without causing too much use of your calf's...
