I am making some variations to my workouts. I am trying to mix it up and get in good shape. I have started running and jogging and power walking. I enjoy doing arm curls to work my biceps. I like doing the five minute workouts I find on youtube. My most recent workout focused on abs. I definitely felt it and it was only five minutes. I would like to do more pull ups and find more ways to increase the reps. I am pretty good at finding new workouts. Mixing the types of workouts is important to me. I used to only do one type of pushup and only one type of sit up. No arm curls and no pull ups. I found a mixture of those kinds and many other workouts to work my abs and arms and legs. The other day I did a maximum workout until my whole body hurt and I only used one weight and every other workout was a body weight workout.
Just did a five minute workout. I love feeling the buzz.

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
