Struggling with my fitness at the moment, would love some advice. I plantar fasciitis in both feet and a mortons neuroma in my right foot. Also have undiagnosed pain and inflammation around my right ankle, extremely painful, like trying to walk on an acute sprain. Loads I can't do as a result, anything off my feet or toes. Jumps ie squat jumps, push up, burpees. Just need a little help. Painkillers don't help and podiatrist says there's nothing more they can do for me. In a lot of pain daily.

It's pricey, but look into a joovv light. My son had pain in his legs..gone. I have arthritis in my hands it's getting better.

I rarely get time to go to the gym now. I'm paying not to go basically. I will go today. I would've gone Monday, except I got food poisoning and was too sick to go. Good luck. Do you have that elastic big band you could use if you have a hard time getting out or doing some things? You could do exercises sitting down with the band.

Can't help with the pain. Maybe a good physical therapist? Acupuncture or acupressure have some decent scientific evidence behind their practice too. Training around your pain is possible. Believe me; I have multiple joints that are just about done. Many exercises involve just the upper body. Leg curls and leg extensions shouldn't put any pressure on your feet. For fat-burning/cardio you could try swimming or a UBE. A decently equipped gym should have a UBE. It's like a bike you pedal with your arms. Nutritionally there's lots of things that might help indirectly: healthy fats, anti-oxidants, digestive aids, a good multi-vitamin/multi-mineral and just a healthy diet in general. I hope I've helped. Good luck.

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.
