It is that time of year again as LDS general conference approaches, all the old farts will be being taken out of their coffins, dusted down and taught to phonetically repeat their their platitudes.
I wonder if this year any matters of real import will be addressed?

To the LDS telling gay people their children can't be baptized until they turn 18 and renounce their parents was a "really big" announcement.
Unless Nelson is going to announce the total disbandment of the whole evil institution it won't be big enough for me.
@LenHazell53 It's a joke. So many times I've heard something similar from church members, only they are serious. Then they announce some slight change and the members all go nuts over it. I think they are just bored out of their skulls.
