Gardening (endless escape options), reading (some fiction, mostly to learn), extra time with the dogs (like they really hate that), and using text & email to reach out to friends & family who are also self isolated. I'm an introvert so no social contact is fine, almost preferred, but I know others feel isolated, lonely, and disconnected so I make an intentional effort to reach out and say "Hey! Checking in with you."
