Don't go to the stores. Some are so cleaned out that is can be plenty disturbing for some.

I found figuring out what day is "re-stocking" day is helpful. The Kroger near me is Wednesday. So, if I hit them on Wednesday afternoon they usually have more stuff.

You don't go to stores to gaze at the shelves , you go to attempt to get the supplies you need . You get what you can , based on what's available . I gather you never do the family shopping ?
