Having said that, your meme depends on an unsaid involvement with alcohol, which you aquire when you can fully afford to buy it all yourself.
To use alcohol to lower your expectations is a poor way to go about it, It is as they used to say, the first step on the road to ruin. Getting control of your alcohol level consumption is the Modern way.
For none alcoholic ways to L.Y. E.s, request am example with specific details on a specific lowering.

It’s funny to me because I’m allergic to alcohol and have never really been drunk. But luckily, I did learn to lower my expectations so when some dude mansplains my meme to me, I can just laugh.
