I am just learning to be a value investor. There is much to learn and research to do. Investing groups can share their research to spread the work around. The research will limit risks, and maximize profits. Warren Buffet said that when he began investing, he read all the Moody reports, meaning reports on all companies listed on US stock exchanges, IIRC 40,000 pages. Today, with the internet, research is much easier than when Buffet started.
