Just saw an advertisement for a plug in device , that is supposed to save you money on your electric bill , by controlling the electricity you receive from your power company . Then I saw an article , saying it's some kind of scam . Has anyone tried one of these devices , and do they actually work ? Is it worth the small investment ?
