Thoughts on “Rocket Man” about Elton John? I’ve been asked to lead a post-screening conversation in my community but haven’t yet seen it. Audience will be mostly straight people who consider themselves LGBTQ allies. What questions would you ask? Thanks!

I liked the movie but keep in mind it's only a rough sketch (Cliff notes) of Elton's life and only from his POV. You might look at how the Director used visuals to express character growth and change. Like his outfit coming into rehab and how it changed as he did.

I haven't seen the movie so...I have NO idea what kind of questions straight folks would ask!!! WELL...I guess even if I saw it...i'd have no clue what kind of questions they'd ask!!!
