Science is confirming what some of us already know. Now we must move the culture forward....not backward

I would love to see the study. I’m not surprised. I watched a documentary about 15 years ago on HBO and I recall the jointly held trans-Atlantic research between American and British scientists who followed trans people for years. I remember that they specifically mentioned the hypothalamus in biologically born female has a noticeable amount of gray matter not found in males. However as I recall, the exception was in the cadaver brains of trans female brains, or biological males at birth had the same gray matter that they didn’t expect to find. The conclusion was that it validated the feelings expressed about being in the wrong body.

They'll figure it out one day that we're not all just making this shit up.

Always a double edged sword. Some people will use it to gatekeep and exclude people they say aren't trans (enough.)

Studies of London taxi drivers who learn 'the knowledge' have demonstrated that you can massively expand the physical size of the hippocampus through learning. There may be measurable physical differences in the masculine and the feminine brain. But who's to say what's cause and what's effect?

This is an interesting situation. On the pictures on the side. some show a percentage of matches, and a lot of trans people score higher with me than straights....curious as to why ?

Of course, trans people have known this since they could self-identify, but it's really nice to have confirmation from science!
