Not a vegan by any means, but I can go for a salad with a nice steak. Along with a baked potato with butter & chives & sour cream & maybe fried zucchini or fresh asparagus sauteed w/ real butter! I like many veggies, but they are "add-ons", not the main entree!
Also, I drink whole milk, when I drink it (seldom) & don't buy or consume low-fat alternatives to products. Butter, not margarine. Real sugar if needed.
