Hahaha. Shafer truck. The end of the trailer says “our most valuable resource sits 63’ ahead”! (Meaning the driver.). Not!!

@altschmerz I read on that particular one, they can't ban trucks all together, because there are several restaurants on the street that intersects the one that goes under the bridge. They have low clearance warnings for several blocks and a sign that flashes for 50 seconds before the driver would get to the bridge. I'd say that's ample warning, but I think the majority of the trucks that hit are rental trucks with inexperienced drivers. They probably don't even know the height of their truck and/or just assume the warnings aren't for them.
