Yep, it's distracting.

Part of the problem is that men are genetically hardwired to be visually attracted to women. The response is automatic. Some men can learn to control it better than others. Hopefully when women understand how it works they can make their own choices.

What pisses me off though, is when women wear clothes that expose skin like that get all offended when guys actually look at them with a lustful gleam in their eyes! If you don't want to be treated as a sex object, then don't dress like that's what you want to be treated as! It's called being a dick teaser.
There's a woman I know who likes to wear her see through bra under a thin top so her nipples are exposed, but claims she has a boyfriend! Don't be showing off your "goods" if they're not available for sale!

You can't appreciate a woman dressed like that without a "lustful gleam in your eye", staring, or leering ? Are you 16? Men can look at scantily clad women without causing discomfort for them. If you can't, then it's YOUR fault - not hers. Grow up, and get real. Men like you are the reason we are in the trouble we are in now.

@AtheistInNC
What, like maybe you've been emasculated or something? Or do you have an unusually low level of testosterone going on there? At 62, I've still got PLENTY of sex drive left and enjoy sex as much now as I did when I was 16.
If a woman feels discomfort by men (or women for the Hillary fans out there) looking at her body, then she needs to not provoke the lustful stares. What is the point of her wearing revealing clothes then? She's only making a fashion statement?? Let's deal with the issue where it begins, not where it ends.

@Doraz

Any woman SHOULD be able to wear or not wear, whatever she may want to, but it just doesn't work out that way, does it? I never said or even implied that I am the sole arbiter of what ANYONE should or should not wear.
If that body is perceived to be attractive by others, and emotional responses are generated by it and her choice to be nude, or partially clothed, then she needs to bear the responsibility there. Nobody but her decided to wear a low cut top that shows off her boobs or short, tight skirts that show off her legs and ass. Are you showing your envy there?
I'm NOT complaining about being sexually aroused by beautiful women, I actually look forward to it very eagerly, but for a woman to dramatize a false attitude of indignation by men or women admiring her sexuality and beauty, AFTER she has already set the stage for such a reaction, well that is just plain hypocrisy on her part.
Women dress up in sexy clothes and make up and perfumes in order to attract sex partners/mates/big bank accounts, plain and simple. PLEASE stop trying to fool yourself, on this point, at the least. I am NOT fooled by it at all. Been there, seen that way too many times now to not know all about it.
My ex tried to throw out one of my favorite custom made shirts because she said it fit me too tightly!! And she didn't like me to wear my walking shorts when we would go out in the summer time, because she didn't want other women to be looking at my legs! She said that it was OK for at home, but not out in public. I keep in shape and my last GF said that she loved my arms and couldn't believe that I look like I'm still in my forties.

@Doraz

Maybe you're envious of how other women look? Better legs, boobs, ass?

@Doraz
I was just asking a question because you seem to have a very strong opinion on the matter. You didn't say that you wanted women to dress sexy, not that I read anyway. Just because you think it does not mean that others can duplicate your thoughts.
