I believe there was a Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream introduced in about 2010 or around that time, named "Shweady Balls." Perhaps this meme is a takeoff from that.

I believe Shweaty Balls, was a skit on S.N.L., I'm thinkin Alec Baldwin.
@dartagnan6666 It was also a short-lived ice cream, possibly the name sparked by SNL skit.
