Here's something for you to test the chart and find out if you give a f on my observation: The block "Does it affect only me", yes and no go to the same place... that's a no no !!!!

I noticed that too and I will say, it struck me as odd as well.
But... I didn't make it, just reposted it.
Also - don't think it's a complete no-no. Things often end up in the same box in a flow chart - just not sure it fits here.
Figured someone would call it out.
The box that yes and no go to offers divergent possibilities, so I think it’s ok - just a bit unusual.
They can go to the same block as there is an additional condition to consider. Of course the "affect only me block could have been left off, but then the whole thing would have been lopsided more than it is now. And I don't even give a fuck.
