Not sure where it was taken, but the one sign that is visible looks to be in English, for whatever that's worth.
Hmmm - Kirchoffs law allows one to find voltage, resistance or amperage, given any of the other two.
To quote Star Trek in this instance, I’d say - resistance is futile!
