Education, R&D, the arts, outcomes, national security, foreign relations, public health, culture, human rights, the environment, ...These things are extremely crucial and I know fully well that an impairment to any of them screws up everything. There is no holding one as more important than the other.
But I am highly devoted to understanding the interconnected, inter-reactive continuum to develop a great philosophy, inspire the right change, etc. ....Everything we do, from the first step onward makes all the difference. What we need is real strategy. What we don't need is over-emphasis on self-interest.
