Phillip K. Dick’s book “do androids dream of electric sheep” they have tv/radio machine that elicits emotional responses. They set it to channels to feel different emotions. We’re almost there!

Yeah. People on Fox News get very reactionary, and it doesn't realize that it makes them look stupid, because they don't really break down how they arrive to their conclusions, or anything. They're not mathematical about stuff. Now on your book you're talking about, if it ever gets to that point, I forecast that there is going to be a massive cyber war, and everything to do with malignant population controls will be completely removed from application, and only left as knowledge.
