The really obvious thing that Christians don't notice is that Jesus is supposed to sacrifice himself to himself to save us from himself. Does anyone else find this somewhat paradoxical?

Christianity is a warped philosophy. The Bible is heavily edited.

yup

I’ll say. Wasn’t it translated from Greek to Latin to German by Martin Luther? I can’t Even imagine what was lost in that translation. ...and I think the attendees of the ecumenical council of Nicaea actually re-wrote Matthew, Mark, Luke and John....and conveniently left out any and all gospels they did not agree would support the new Catholic Church? I am such a doubter of anything claiming to be Christian.

@IAmLove Regardless of the fanciful belief in a “god” I can applaud the Bishops at the conference of Nicaea for their democratic principles in “voting” Jesus as a new God. Democracy in action. With that being said are you really a “god” if people have to “vote” for you? After all isn’t there some kind of perks to being a deity? LOL

Posted by CliffordCookIf the Christian Bible is such a great book, how come most Christians can’t bring themselves to read it all the way through even once?

Posted by CliffordCookIf Christians really believe in a god that is all powerful and will provide for all their needs, why do they keep on demanding taxpayer support for their struggling religious schools?

Posted by CliffordCookI groaned when I saw this Christian Nationalist Christmas meme posted by one of Donald Trump's supporters in Iowa. Then, I smiled when I saw how many of his Facebook friends had reposted it.
