My News feed has just reported that 'Uncle" Happy Clappy, Jesus Chappy ScumMo has CANCELLED his trip to Papua New Guinea due to unrest in that country even though he been assured that THERE IS NO Danger to him/his person.
This little bit of news (LOL) prompted me to think the following questions BUT not in order of importance btw,
A) What's up 'Uncle' ScumMo, are you worried they won't serve you preferred brand of Champaigne?,
B) Afraid the "Head-hunters' (LOL) might take your head and use your already empty skull as a vase or drinking vessel,
C) HOW is it, 'Uncle' ScumMo, that you and any other Politician, etc, etc, can travel overseas when no average person is permitted,
D) Scared that Big Sky Daddy and Jeebus won't be watching your back over in PNG,
E) does Hill-Song Church need its 'political Figure-head so much that it just cannot do without you,
F) Worried that the Aussie peoples will see this as yet another episode of the "Run away to Hawaii when the Australia is burning,"
G) Scared shitless that Tony, the Rabbit, Abbott might do a number while your gone and stab you in the back politically?
Jeez Louise ScumMo, grow some balls for a change why don't you.

In some ways that is the underlining secularism of Australia: put down religion on the census form, and tell everyone what church you belong to (but never attend) but when the shit hits the fan, the rubber hits the road, and push comes to shove, it's modern common sense that prevails. We should be thankful, actually. We didn't have huge numbers of people listening to religious fools opposing masks and saying God will save you from the virus, and then dying, like in America.
