Oh what true and devout Christian this Israel Folau must be, he has told media that he A) wants an apology from Rugby Australia for his " unfair dismissal," b) $10,000,000 in damages, and, c) reinstatement of his MULTI-Million Dollar Contract.
What ever happened to the Christian values as expounded by their beloved and idolised Jesus of such things as forgiveness, poverty, self-sacrifice, etc, etc?
And Folau now has the A.C.L. ( Australian Christian Lobby) behind him AND funding him as well, I'm hoping that he gets his arrogant christian arse squarely and solidly kicked from here to eternity by the Commission.

Couldn't have said it better.

Don't know if it was propoganda or factual but the report in the LGBTI magazine from 2014 is curious - "LMAO."

He is acting self-righteously and with a high hand. I find that distasteful. However, his case at law may well succeed. It's hard to be sure but the case has a strong chance of winning.

Doubting Level 6 June 27, 2019

these sort of cases are usually settled out of court. The Rugby ppl will be wanting it to go away asap

@MsDemeanour You might be right, but I note negotiations to avoid court failed yesterday. Time will tell.

@Doubting oh I didn't see that. Religious freedom could set a dangerous precedent and put us back 50 yrs.

@MsDemeanour A bit of an UNDERSESTIMATE there I think, more like a 100 years or much, much more if the God-Botherers get their way I'm afraid.

@MsDemeanour, @Triphid, @Doubting ^^^^^^^

@FrayedBear what is that upside down v? It's very clever to make it upside down. But are you speaking in some teddy bear language?

@MsDemeanour no I simply use it to direct people to postings I have made above this one. The symbol is found on my Alt Numeric keyboard. I could have alternatively used from the emojis - ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️, ⤴️⤴️⤴️⤴️, ⏫⏫⏫⏫⏫ or 🔼🔼🔼🔼🔼.

@FrayedBear oh you're just smarter than the average bear!

@MsDemeanour 🙄 🤔 I don't know - I have never met any bears and I try not to get into competitions or comparisons. 😕 👋👋👋👋👋
