I made the effort as a leukemia survivor to investigate the Round-up lawsuit. Asked my new lawyer who suggested I research which I did. I even called one of those lawyers who are involved in the lawsuit. Unfortunately my leukemia was not included - AML -acute myloid leukemia. They are still in research of my cancer. My lawyer had suggested a private lawsuit because class action suits cover so many people with little compensation. I just want what I deserve. Glad I checked into it after using Tru Green Lawn Care over10 years ago.

Who doesn't know someone stricken with cancer these days. It's hard to trace the causes. 8 years ago I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma. Two years later, my brother received the same diagnosis. I had my genetics investigated and they found no markers for any type of cancer in my genes, so it had to be environmental for both of us. Was the building we lived in as children built on a toxic site? Was there something in the food or water back then? So many chemicals in the air and water. We'll never know. But I hope you're able to receive some compensation. I also hope some day corporations will be held responsible for all the people they've killed, knowing full well that their products were lethal to people, wildlife and the planet.
