I am the undisputed champion of the rejection slip. 300 or so and counting.
(that said, I am represented in non-fiction)

The only good rejection is knowing why your writing was rejected so you can learn. Have you considered epub/self publishing?

Alas, rejections never come with an feedback - they generally are forms that say, "Thanks for submitting but we have enough authors" or some derivation of that.

That said - I have been, and presume still am, represented by an agent for non fiction - but she doesn't do fiction. She sold 3 non fiction titles for me, so I understand the industry and have at least that credential.
