I don't think there are enough people, who can be trusted, to run these facilities. There is entirely too much opportunity for abuse, and corruption. I have no ideas for solutions, but I do know what doesn't work. I suppose that's a start.

There was a time when every state had many state supported hospitals and work farms for those who just needed help. These gave the p[eople some dignity until they started to let hospitals be run for money and the in mates were starved and beated and just lived under terrible conditions. I am sad to say the liberals started a program to give these people self respect and wound up closing these hospitals.This resulted in the many homeless on the streets and the lack of places that are not private hospitals for profit for these people to go.If you want to return deginity to these people we need to return to the work farms and state mental hospitals.

He removed medical and drugs from deductions from income tax and these along with mortgage are the most important to other 95% plus we cannot write off horse farms and tree farm as deduiction because the average person does not own these..His immigration policies are a joke and sadistic he has no idea how many doctors and scientists he is driving away. He is trying to destroy protection for the workers with elimination of OSHA,environmental dept, and the CDC. his appointment of non qualified people to destroy or reduce the departments they were given to head is criminal . DeVos is a great example.Sorry to say this is a partial list. I would like to hear your reply on these items!!!
