Woke up with right hip partially dislocated, can't get it to slip back into place. Ow. Need to suck it up, I've got a meeting with the Phoenix PD Cross Disability Advisory Council to get to.
Life with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. If I can't get it back in during the day, I'll visit the chiropractor, and he'll get it back in. If he can't, I'll beg a friend who is a Physical Therapist.
In the meantime, though, just... Ow.

Sometimes if I can't or if I get it in wrong, I have to go to the emergency room. Especially if I grabbed a nerve on the way in

Got it in enough to function. Still hurts, though. I've got the meeting to get through, then I have to stop by my office, then I'll try the chiropractor if it's still acting up. Much cheaper than my co-pay for the ER.
