I have restless leg syndrome which is not uncommon but with me it is my whole body which has the complusion to move. If I lay down to try and sleep it sets in. And i will hit the bed very hard with my fist a few times which helps only a few seconds. Traveling on a plane is pure torture for me. I do take several medications which help but normally I am up all night and when I sleep it is often only 3 hours.

Don't answer if you are sick of being asked these questions. I have Scleroderma and Antiphospholipid Syndrome. I wish there were effective treatments to relieve your pain. Mad hugs to you!
