Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Sorry for what you're going through. gastroparesis sucks i know as i have it too. along with being long term diabetic and other health issues. diabetes really screws with your fine blood vessels on so many things. i didn't know someone without diabetes could get gastroparesis.

Tylenol with codeine(more for migraines; it doesn’t do much for fibromyalgia), and tizanidine.
Sorry to hear that. I'm currently going through a fibromialya and IBS flare. It is getting to be difficult as I am allergic to pain meds. Going this week to pool therapy.

Water exercise is the best. Hope your flare settles down soon.
I have some degree of dysautonomia, but it's not horrible... Yet.
