@phxbillcee don't understand your "jonesin'" expression.
intransitive verb. slang. : to have a strong desire or craving for something he was jonesing for a drink.
The term was often used to refer to heroin addicts craving for the next fix, but not quite at withdrawal yet.
@phxbillcee I've never encountered it. As for your cartoon "Basketball Jones" I couldnt understand a word spoken, what language was it? My comprehension was not aided by the horrible raucous background noise. As the Houyhounhnm philosophy stated - what's the point of being able to speak if you cannot tell the truth & enunciate so that all can understand? And the pictures made no sense as I've never played basketball!
