I've been a member of the NAACP since the 60s, I try to wait for the shakeout before joining any organization or giving them financial support.

My justification [projects.propublica.org] and it appears they are the same foundation. Just another DBA.

@Jetty I question the legitamcy of both organizations, one has not filed a 990 in 2 years and I can find no record of the other ever filing one. The 990 is the publicly available financial disclosure statement filed with the IRS and required to be filed every year.
