If you aren't a fan of reading, Dr Richey does a good job of explaining, in more detail, exactly what just happened here. I did not know the extent of the grossness of what just happened until I watched his segment (the article is a little sparce on the realities.)

This states rights shit is getting out of hand. We are not one country. We are fifty fifedoms, many of which are run by evil, stupid people. There shouldn't be fifty-one constitutions. There should only be one.
