Goal: consume between 1100 and 1200 calories a day indefinitely. Goal weight 200 lbs. 150 to go, 100 lost already.

Breakfast
050 potatoes
050 sunflower seeds
250 PB sandwich w/ broccoli

Lunch
250 Chili and Vegies

Dinner
250 salad
200 crackers & PB

Exercise
Goal: 200 steps and 1000 curls w/ 5 lbs/hand
Did: 150 steps and 1000 curls

Well, the heat is returning so yard work is more exhausting. Got some of the planned tasks done, didn't get started on hanging the gutter though. Hope to get the window repair finished tomorrow. Waiting to see if the wood repair epoxy sets up properly. If so will repair side then caulk and paint. Hope it goes well as there is a chance of rain again on Friday.
Not a bad day food wise, around 1150 calories, bit over goal and outside eating window by 30 minutes because I was outside longer than intended. I have a watermelon and couldn't resist having some at the last minute. Love watermelon!
I'm just 12.2 pounds away from my next goal, hoping to get there by Halloween. That's fairly slow loss rate but it goes slower than last year because I have less to lose now so burn less calories just existing. Then will have to decide whether to set another goal immediately or work on maintenance and getting through the holidays. May depend on how close to Halloween it is when I reach my goal.
