Ran my errands and went to vote before doing the final touches on the paint and catching a little offshoot up to the porch roof. Moved ladders and preparing for cold and snow in the next couple days. Glad to have that done, now to catch up on work in the house (including dishes) that got ignored while I was trying to finish painting.

Not a great day, eating wise. Had hit 1205 and was going to quit but succumbed to some election night frustration and anxiety and had 2 more, significant snacks, for close to 100 more calories. Didn't make me feel better but things did improve when the governor results came in for Kansas. The house win was nice, there were some other races I would have liked to seen go differently but Ks gov was the most important in my realm. Hope others saw some light at the end of their tunnels.

OK, back to my routine and losing weight. I'll exercise first thing, and vote when the polls open. It's 5:15 am.

Morning Glucose 115 although I forgot my metformin last night

Calorie Goal 1200
Exercise Goal: 10 sets of 100 curls & 35 pushes w/ 3 lb dumbbells. I was lazy yesterday.

Breakfast:
oatmeal 250 made from 1/3 c uncooked

Lunch:
Chili 800

Dinner:
bagel 200

Exercise Done:
10 sets of 100 curls & 35 pushes w/ 3 lb
