Great work, EE! I know you said it wasn't really "work" but it did take a lot of willpower and determination to stick out making those changes in your eating habits. That was the hardest part, making the changes needed to get there. Looking forward to your report that you are under 300. πŸ˜πŸ‘

Great job. I’m impressed you’re getting it done long term.

Truly incredible. I hope some magazine or health organization is documenting your fabulous journey!

No,noone.

@EdEarl Well; May I suggest you post some old photos of your heavier self...and then some "progress" photos? 136 pounds is not just incredible....it's phenomenal. Again...congrats....keep going! You're losing weight and adding years to your life.

@Robecology I have photos of my heavier self in my profile. Will post another in a bit.

I appreciate your accolades; however, I did not earn them. The credit is owed to several doctors who discovered and publicized the Whole-food Plant-based lifestyle, which is responsible for my weight loss. My part was to change from eating meat, dairy and processed foods to eating plant-based whole-foods. That change is difficult enough, because we are addicted to the things we eat, but many people control their addiction. Losing weight has been easy; though, not letting my previous food addiction regain control is important. But the things I now eat are good, and the urge to switch back is not strong. I'm petty sure I'll lose down to 175-200 lbs, whatever my body finds is right. That's what the literature says, and anyone can do it.

It's been easy, really easy.
