I've discovered I am still in overachiever. I just read that the average person has gained 18 and a half pounds as a result of quarantining for the pandemic. I gained 27. I just can't seem to help myself when it comes to outdoing others.
I hope my agnostic friends are underachievers.

I've lost more than 60 pounds since the beginning of covid. It had nothing to do with covid, it was just me deciding it's time. Mindset is everything, and I was just finally able to get there- maybe because i was working on myself in general, maybe because I was unemployed, living with my daughter and was basically stress free for the first time in years, I don't know, but I feel great and am determined to keep going! That being said, just take care of you. Try not to worry about gaining, but maybe move a little more, and do your best to be stress free.

For others
Covid 19, means gaining 19 pounds

I have lost 10 pounds,
Keep fit, to stay away
doctors vaccines every day

I gained, but it has little to do with the pandemic.

Managed to keep the same weight. But I would not worry too much, it will come off when the lock-down ends, and besides as Socrates said. "You can't have too much of a good thing."

Hmm. I lost 30. But I retired and have been more active.

Gotta move....

Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
