I also listened to Brooklyn Roads, another one of my favorite ND tunes. I hate it that I missed his performance here in Denver back in may 2015. We'll never get the chance to hear him live again, dammit.

I was raised Mormon and was taught that revivals and faith healers were just a bunch of con men.
Ironically the Mormon church wa founded by a man, Joseph Smith who was convicted as a con man before he started the religion... which requires members to contribute ten percent of the gross income to the church.

You got that right. The only thing I ever saw revived was the guest speaker's wallet, and the church coffers. The holy spirit was a no show every time.
