@Snickers77 Thanks! I have a couple of biographies which really engaged me with Wilde! Ever been to the park in Dublin, where a life-sized statue of him sits on a rock in wildly colorful clothes? LOVED it!
@Snickers77 You need to go! Visit Cork, kiss ''the stone''....visit pubs, take the trains and sit back, watching ancient castles as you have a Guinness. Listen to the people....charming.
I watched a movie about his life from his time in prison to his death. It is called The Happy Prince with Rupert Everett playing Oscar. A sad film, wonderfully acted.

@Snickers77 It's great. Recently I saw A Woman Of No Importance and thoroughly enjoyed that too.
@Snickers77 I haven't read it since school. Probably didn't understand it then anyway. I must take another look.
